The candidate will partner with management to execute strategic plans, hire and train staff, and foster a culture of great food and service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to ensure sustainable growth and top-notch guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, sales reports or performance data.
• Strong coaching and teamwork aptitude with ability to motivate a diverse staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time and priorities.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with inventory control, scheduling, spreadsheets and labor management; knowledge of P&L preferred.
• Focus on profits and sales growth.
