Job summary

Burger King in San Antonio, TX is seeking a reliable supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain standards of food safety and service.

You will train new staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and help manage daily operations to meet goals. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are preferred. This full-time role offers growth within a growing Burger King franchise and opportunities across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
