Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on, growth-minded leader for our San Antonio team. This role focuses on developing leaders, delivering guest experiences, and balancing people development with restaurant performance.

You'll train new team members, lead team huddles, coach service behaviors, monitor speed of service, maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and ensure quality standards meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put your people and restaurant first.
