Job summary

Burger King is seeking a motivated supervisor in San Antonio to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop team members. This fast‑paced role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage onboarding, coach staff, monitor service speed, and balance quality with cost controls. Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to optimize product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
