Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager candidate for Burger King in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive both service quality and financial performance.

Ideal applicants will have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to train and coach staff across shifts. This on-site role offers growth within a large franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding processes.
