Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Guthrie, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and help control labor costs.

You will lead with strong service standards to meet sales targets while maintaining food safety and a clean, organized environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in food/hospitality, proven leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
