Flynn Arby’s in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, managing inventory, enforcing food safety, and assisting with scheduling and labor controls. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
