Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Oklahoma. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in food/hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
