Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Oklahoma, supporting the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will train staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting.

This leadership role requires 2+ years in food/hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining safety and quality standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar food/hospitality role.
