Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, mentors staff, and ensures top-tier guest service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will help manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs, lead by example in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate on ongoing improvements to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintain labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
