Flynn Arby's in Kuna, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, assist with scheduling and labor cost controls, and lead with a focus on achieving sales targets.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality position, strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Food/Hospitality supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities
