Flynn Arby’s is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest service.

In this role you’ll train and mentor staff, oversee inventory and food safety compliance, contribute to labor scheduling, and drive sales targets while maintaining a welcoming dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
