Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team in their absence, and maintain brand standards to ensure guests leave satisfied.

You will lead and coach team members, ensure food safety and quality, manage cash and inventory, complete shift paperwork, and partner with the RM to drive profitability while living Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Full-time availability; flexible across all hours of operation.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Ability to work well with others and adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coaches team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains clean restaurant environment with general housekeeping.
• Directs team to follow brand, company, and health regulations; trains staff.
• Coaches team on product knowledge and training.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes end-of-shift paperwork and reports discrepancies.
• In RM’s absence, handles daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and admin duties.
• Ensures safety and compliance with government laws and safety codes.
