You will supervise the team, manage scheduling and labor, oversee training, and uphold safety standards while driving sales and local marketing initiatives. This full-time role requires 2–4 years of supervisory food service or retail experience and a proven leadership track.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of menu and product.
• Uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete store operation and ensure fast, accurate service.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, and team members.
• Monitor health, safety, and security compliance.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Lead training and coaching to develop staff and improve performance.
• Ensure food quality and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and cleanliness.
