Jersey Mike's in Burien, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations while building a positive, high-performing team.

You will coach and develop teammates, assist with hiring and training, supervise shifts, monitor labor and food quality, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and guest-service standards. This role offers growth opportunities as you demonstrate leadership and teamwork.

• Monitor labor, productivity, and food costs during each shift.
• Support inventory management and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operating procedures.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Support scheduling and achievement of restaurant performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
