Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure a "Sub Above" experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Build community relationships and represent Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze performance and implement action plans to meet goals.
• Partner with Regional Manager to improve results and develop the team.
