Circle K Stores Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, leadership, and integrity, with the ability to handle busy periods, manage cash and inventory, and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and lead a team.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Availability for part-time hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding food safety standards.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily restaurant operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Team Members; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations across the restaurant.
• Monitor cash handling, sales, and inventory records; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
