Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run high-volume, quick service restaurants within our travel center network.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager by guiding team members, expediting service and ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality and safety. A high school diploma and at least one year of food service management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and customer service skills.
• Integrity and accountability at managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Create a positive work environment for team members.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness and food safety.
