Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support high-volume, quick service restaurants at our travel centers. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and help lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Key duties include stepping in for the GM, coaching and developing team members, directing tasks, maintaining a positive work environment, expediting service, and ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.

• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment.
