Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the team in delivering a superior guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will uphold safety, hygiene, and service standards while guiding daily operations.

Partner with the General Manager to drive performance, coach staff, and manage costs, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction across shifts. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities within AES Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
