Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You’ll lead by example, set the tone for the team, and be accountable for execution across shifts.

Work closely with the General Manager to drive performance in operations, P&L, and guest satisfaction, while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
