Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team and work closely with the District Manager to maintain high operational standards and procedures, including weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations and performance.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a welcoming tone for a family-friendly environment.
