Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations. You will ensure friendly, personalized service and great food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will support the General Manager, work with the District Manager and team, and participate in staff development and operational compliance. This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and legal work documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decisions and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel, and develop team members; manage relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety.
• Uphold health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a fun, family environment tone in the restaurant.
