Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Columbia, SC to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and supervise the team in their absence.

The RAM leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members, partners with the management team, and ensures guest satisfaction in all brand, company, and health regulations. The role requires full-time availability across all operating hours, including pre-opening and post-closing periods, and a valid state driver's license.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members.
• Conducts interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties and follows up for completion.
• Directs team to meet Brand, Company and health regulations.
• Ensures food safety and product quality.
• Monitors cash, sales and inventory records for the shift.
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork.
