Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting space. You will work closely with the General Manager and district leadership to uphold standards and procedures while developing a strong, capable team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
