Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with quality food. You’ll work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards in a fast-paced setting.

We seek a self-motivated, dynamic leader who can manage staff, schedule effectively, and drive exceptional guest experiences. Training and internal growth opportunities are available based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; meet state and federal document requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, results oriented and customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgeting responsibilities.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
