Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Corrales, NM is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift execution, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will balance hands-on leadership with development of staff while learning to drive profitability and growth for the restaurant.

This role focuses on maintaining Freddy's brand standards, supervising operations, training teammates, and preparing to advance toward owning a restaurant with our operating partner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and employe a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are followed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set an example for team members through a positive attitude.
• Preparing and serving exceptional steakburgers, custard, etc.
• Uphold attendance, policy and procedure on shift.
• Coach and assist team members to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance problems or injuries.
• Train and develop teammates across shifts.
• Support strategies to drive sales growth and team retention.
