Cinemark is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC to provide hands-on leadership for restaurant operations and guest service. You will guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure timely, accurate service in a dynamic cinema environment.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, cash handling, and the ability to train staff in safety and service protocols. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests courteously and timely.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Performs administrative functions as assigned.
• Ensures cash handling procedures follow policy.
• Manages alcohol service per state and federal laws.
• Performs inventory and ordering; accepts deliveries.
• Adheres to budgets to increase profits and sales growth.
• Handles complex customer service scenarios and resolves issues.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and Cinemark policies.
