Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service and great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment. You will work with the District Manager to maintain standards and procedures, leading a motivated team in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, coaching staff, scheduling, and upholding health and safety standards while driving a positive, family-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
