Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, efficient service with great food. You will work closely with the District Manager to uphold standards in a busy, welcoming setting.

You will lead a team, schedule staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality. Training and advancement opportunities are provided based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
