Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will support the General Manager, manage staff, and uphold quality standards in a clean, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of assistant manager experience in a high-volume food service concept, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead a team across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of assistant manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing – access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent – possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient staff; coach and develop team members.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards are met.
