Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Missouri to join our team and support the General Manager in daily operations. Lead and develop the crew, ensure safe food handling, manage inventory, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
