Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Eden Prairie to provide quality customer service and food products while supporting restaurant management responsibilities. The role requires 2+ years in a leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while providing quality customer service and food products.
• Ensure adherence to Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards during service.
• Support daily operations and team coordination to maximize guest satisfaction.
