Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Minnesota to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with company standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, including shift oversight and team support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food-service management, a high school diploma or GED, and must meet license and background requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in food-service management (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background & motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while learning restaurant management responsibilities.
