Fourteen Foods Career Center seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager responsible for delivering quality customer service and food products under Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards, while assisting with and learning restaurant management tasks.

The role requires 2+ years in a food-service management position, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar management role.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards to enhance the customer’s visit.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
