Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while upholding brand standards.

The role requires previous restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Ensure operations meet brand standards and guest satisfaction.
