Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role such as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background/motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and learn leadership tasks.
