Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

You should have 2+ years of leadership in food service, a high school diploma or GED, and be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required, plus English communication skills. Background checks and ServSafe certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and food products using Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance the customer’s visit while assisting with restaurant management responsibilities.
• Supports and learns restaurant management tasks and duties as part of the role.
• Maintains standards for service, food safety, and guest satisfaction in daily operations.
