Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with company standards, while supporting and learning restaurant management duties.

The role requires experience in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have reliable transportation and pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
