Fourteen Foods Career Center in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while supporting restaurant operations and learning management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years in a food-service leadership position, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
