Cinemark in Asheville is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations, train Team Members, and ensure timely, friendly service that aligns with Cinemark’s brand standards for guest experience. • Leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Cash handling accuracy and basic math proficiency.
• Experience coaching or supervising staff is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks in a courteous, timely manner.
• Interacts verbally with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Completes assigned administrative functions.
• Ensures cash handling procedures follow company policy.
• Manages alcohol service per state and federal laws.
• Performs regular inventory and ordering as needed.
• Accepts and audits deliveries and adheres to budgets.
