KFC in Burke, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, model brand standards, and lead a team toward outstanding customer experiences. The role includes covering in the RGM's absence, coaching staff, and driving daily operations while maintaining food safety and performance standards.

Expect a 50-hour work week with 40 hours regular pay and 10 hours at time-and-a-half, plus opportunities for career growth, advancement, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory and labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champions KFC culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.

Responsabilités

• Model the KFC Connect Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee team responsibilities and restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues as they arise.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members, promoting inclusion.
• Help with Profit & Loss management, cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
