KBP Brands, part of KBP Foods, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in the United States. You will lead a team to ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding operational standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to foster a productive environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
