You will manage food service flow, assign tasks, oversee cash control and train team members under the General Manager. You will help run daily operations and develop staff for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders, maintaining quality, service and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers and maintain HR compliance.
• Support management and GM in daily operations and payroll/inventory controls.
• Conduct team meetings, manage weekly inventories and proper records.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive guest experiences.
