HAZA BELL is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high food quality and guest service, and driving profitability. You’ll lead shifts, train staff, manage scheduling, and help ensure compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and collaboration across team members to deliver consistent, friendly service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers, providing coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service; address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in managing finances, sales monitoring, inventory, and labor costs to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory, supply orders, and storage to minimize waste and protect quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections.
• Communicate operational updates and collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
