HAZA BELL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, guest service, and financial performance. You will lead shifts, supervise team members, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will help manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and excellent hospitality. This role offers growth paths within a top Taco Bell franchise.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise crew members and shift leaders; schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support financial targets by monitoring sales, costs, and inventory; analyze reports for optimization.
• Oversee inventory, storage, and supply chains to minimize shortages and waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other teams to deliver seamless service.
