HAZA BELL is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager at its Ocean Township, NJ location. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, oversee daily operations, and help drive guest satisfaction while maintaining financial targets.

As a leader, you will supervise crew and shift managers, train staff, enforce food safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience supervising in a restaurant environment and guiding teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise crew and shift managers, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure top‑notch customer service and hospitality standards.
• Help manage sales, costs, and inventory; analyze reports for improvements.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and food safety compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
