Job summary

HAZA BELL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. You will manage shifts, ensure safety standards, and help control costs while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations with opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Team Management: supervise and train crew members and shift leads; schedule staffing; conduct evaluations.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service; handle inquiries and complaints; uphold brand standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales and expenses; control costs; analyze financial reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: manage inventory; ensure proper storage and rotation of food/bev.
• Compliance and Safety: uphold health, safety, sanitation regulations; audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: liaise with RGM, staff, and HQ; share updates and challenges.
