HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchise, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations and staff leadership. You will ensure food safety, guest satisfaction, and efficient service while managing shifts and resources.

This role offers growth within a fast-paced brand and promotes strong teamwork. You will lead team members, train new staff, and collaborate with management to uphold Taco Bell standards, control costs, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or assistant management roles in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the restaurant general manager, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Monitor finances, costs, and inventory; prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance; coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
