Job summary

HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager at the South Amboy, NJ location. You will support the RGM in daily operations, lead team members, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

You will oversee shifts, manage staffing, train Crew Members and Shift Leads, and help achieve financial targets through efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager with daily operations and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers.
• Monitor sales, costs and labor to support profitability.
• Communicate with staff and management to coordinate service.
